Caroline Sports Association (CSA) was established circa 1990 in order to start an elementary soccer program just for Caroline families (it could not be a PTA program due to national PTA liability policies). Over the years, CSA has taken on management of the Ithaca Youth Bureau's district-wide elementary basketball program for 3rd-5th graders that runs Dec-Feb, our brand new Caroline Pre-K-2nd grade basketball program that runs Jan-Feb, and the Caroline Ski Club that runs for 6 weeks in Jan/Feb (for K-5, but chaperones required for K-2). In the past, CSA has also offered a Cass Park Ice Skating program in late fall and/or winter that it hopes to get going again with caregiver volunteer coordinators.

Winter 2025-2026 Note: A group of parents and local youth sports leaders are exploring the possibility of a spring outdoor soccer league. Teams for grades 2-5 would be based out of elementary schools, similar to the winter basketball league, with a season running from mid/late April to mid/late June.

Complete this very brief survey if your student is potentially interested in spring soccer. The survey allows you to indicate the strength of interest (maybe, probably, definitely), so please complete the form even if you are unsure about participating. Submit a separate form for each interested student.

League organizers will make efforts to avoid scheduling games that overlap with IYB baseball, lacrosse, and other outdoor soccer programs, to maximize opportunities for participation.
